All our vehicles have automatic transmissions provided with full air-conditioning and a Bluetooth connection system.

You can relax and be certain that there are no hidden fees when renting a car at Dushi Rentals Curacao. The prices include third-party insurance. Taxes (9%) are charged at checkout thus no further additional fees at Dushi Rentals Curacao

Is it possible to get your rental delivered at the Curacao Airport?

Yes, we offer FREE drop-off and pick-up at the Curacao Airport. After completing your reservation you will receive from us an instruction document as to where to meet our rep who will have your rental ready at the airport or at your specific requested location.

Are the prices given on the website in US dollars or are these in another currency?

All our prices are given in US Dollars (USD).

What do I need to rent a car?

Each person who intends to drive must bring a valid driver’s license to drive in Curacao and a valid means of payment (generally via credit card). All of these items must be submitted on the day the car will be picked up.

Is it possible to pick the desired rented car at a certain location?

There are a variety of possibilities for pick-ups. You have the possibility to pick the car up or drop the car off at your requested location or at the airport.

What is the payment method at Dushi Rentals Curacao?

Dushi Rentals Curacao accepts credit cards such as the Visa, Maestro and American Express or if “Pay later” is selected we also accept cash on delivery.

What is a third party insurance and or additional insurance question

All vehicles provided by Dushi Rentals Curacao include basic third-party insurance. However, renters have the option to enhance their coverage with additional insurance options through our services.
a) Third-party car insurance typically provides liability coverage, shielding the insured driver from financial responsibility in the event of bodily injury or property damage caused to another party during an accident. This means that if the insured driver is deemed at fault in an accident, their insurance provider will handle the expenses related to the other party’s injuries or property damage, up to the specified policy limits. It’s important to note that third-party insurance does not extend coverage to the insured individual’s own injuries or vehicle damage; for such coverage, comprehensive or collision insurance would be required
b) At Dushirentalscuracao, we frequently provide an optional Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) insurance. CDW is an insurance coverage offered by our rental company that specifically addresses damages resulting from collisions involving the rental car. We offer the following three CDW options:
1. Premium Protection at $19 per day, reducing the renter’s financial responsibility for the rental to $0.
2. Intermediate Protection at $10 per day, with a financial responsibility of $400 per coverage.
3. Standard Protection at $6 per day, with a financial responsibility of $850 per coverage.
It’s essential to note that even if the renter selects one of our additional coverage options, they must promptly contact Forensys at +5999199/+5999747-1333 in the event of an accident or collision. Failure to report the incident to Forensys will render the additional coverage invalid, and any resulting damages will not be covered by Dushi Rentals Curacao

What is the minimum number of days required to rent a car at Dushi Rentals Curacao?

Off course since there are no age restrictions in place. Anybody with a valid driver’s license can rent a vehicle at Dushi Rentals Curacao.

What happens if I arrive late when picking up the car?

Please let us know if you are running late by emailing us at info@dushirentalscuracao.com. Failure to contact us will cause the reservation to be canceled an hour after the scheduled pick-up time. The vehicle may also not be available anymore at the time of pick-up.

Will there be a problem if the person who made the reservation is different from the one who will drive the car?

No, as long as the person driving the car is in possession of a valid drivers license

How many days in advance can a reservation be made?

You can prepay your reservation up to a year in advance with us

Can I rent a car instantly without a reservation when I am already on the island?

Yes you can always contact us. If we have a car available we will surely help out

Can I cancel my reservation? If so, how can I proceed with this?

Can I make changes to my reservation?

Yes you can, please email us on info@dushirentalscuracao.com with your changes.
